1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ArtOne platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ArtOne provides a digital art marketplace and physical digital canvas technology that enables the display of 3D-scanned artworks. Our services include artist listing, NFT minting, artwork sales, and the ArtOne Canvas hardware device.

3. Pre-orders and Reservations

Pre-order reservations do not constitute a binding purchase agreement. No payment is required at the time of reservation. Pricing and final terms will be communicated before orders are confirmed. You may cancel your reservation at any time before the official pre-order launch.

4. Artist Submissions

By submitting artwork to ArtOne, you represent that you are the original creator or authorized rights holder of the submitted works. You grant ArtOne a non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and distribute your artwork through the ArtOne platform and compatible ArtOne Canvas devices. You retain all intellectual property rights to your original works.

5. NFT Ownership

Purchasing an artwork NFT through ArtOne grants you verified digital ownership and the right to display the artwork on ArtOne Canvas devices. The underlying intellectual property of the artwork remains with the original artist unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

6. ArtOne Canvas

The ArtOne Canvas is a physical hardware device. Warranty terms, return policies, and technical specifications will be provided with the product upon shipment. The device requires an active ArtOne platform subscription for full functionality.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit artwork that infringes on third-party intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the ArtOne Canvas or platform
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Distribute or reproduce 3D scan data without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

ArtOne is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.
